If you or someone else is in a life threatening situation, serious danger or severe injury, call 911 immediately.

What to do in case of an injury or medical issue

If you are in warehouse: Notify supervisor immediately. First Aid Kits are located in Kitchen Area, Paperwork Station and Welding/Repair Area

If you need medical attention, go to the closet CONCENTRA Urgent Care and check in under CBR/AZ BOUNCE PRO.

If you are in the field: Notify supervisor and go to the closet CONCENTRA Urgent Care
