Hosted inside one of the Fairmont Princess ballrooms, the event moved far beyond a traditional corporate setup. Instead of a standard neutral conference environment, the space was transformed into a rich, atmospheric experience with an “electric rainforest” twist—blending dark, moody tones with pops of purple, pink, and blue throughout the design.
One of the most impactful elements of the event was the full room pipe and drape installation. While our team did not provide the draping for this particular event, it played a critical role in shaping the environment. By enclosing the ballroom and softening the existing architecture, the drape created a blank canvas that allowed lighting, furniture, and décor to fully take center stage.
