Forrester Summit 2025 At Arrogant Butcher in Phoenix
When it comes to creating a beautiful event space, you don’t always need to start from scratch. The Forrester Summit 2025 with 6sense proved just that. Held at the Arrogant Butcher in downtown Phoenix and expertly planned by Whitney Fusion, this event was a perfect example of how a few thoughtful rental pieces can completely transform a venue’s existing look to match a specific theme.
Rather than bringing in a full set of new furniture, the design team swapped out select pieces the venue already had for carefully chosen rentals from our collection. The result? A chic, Italian summer vibe that was warm, inviting, and effortlessly stylish.
The outdoor space was transformed with our Poppy Italian dining chairs and Tiffany Cachet club chairs, paired with lemon-themed tablecloths that instantly evoked the charm of a seaside trattoria. The fresh pops of yellow from the linens, combined with the natural tones and textures of the chairs, made the outdoor dining area feel sunny and welcoming—perfect for networking and enjoying the Arizona weather.
Another standout outdoor seating arrangement featured our Dakota leather chairs styled with blue-and-yellow striped tablecloths. This combination brought a bold, nautical-inspired color palette to the mix, keeping the atmosphere lively while still cohesive with the overall Italian summer concept.
Inside the Arrogant Butcher, the transformation continued. Guests were welcomed into a space accented with our Charlotte dining chairs, which provided a modern, clean-lined contrast to the venue’s rich interior details. The updated seating not only enhanced the design aesthetic but also created a consistent visual flow from the outdoor setup to the indoor dining area.
To tie it all together—and keep the 6sense brand front and center—we incorporated custom-branded bars into the event design. These bars were strategically placed for high visibility, ensuring that guests enjoyed a seamless branded experience from the moment they arrived until the last toast of the night. Custom branding on rental pieces like bars is a simple but highly effective way to make a strong impression at corporate events.
