We use Trainual as our main training program. You will find many topics; on-boarding, event protocol, warehouse training, equipment training, etc

Here’s how to get started:

1. You will receive an email inviting you to the program.

2. Follow the instructions to set up account

3. Once you have an account, download the Trainual App

4. Log In

5. You will be assigned training to complete. It will appear under your “My Desks.” You can select Incomplete or All to see what Subjects are due to complete.

6. Complete assigned Subjects. Always keep an eye out for Emails from Trainual or App Alerts that notify you of upcoming required training.
