A Look Back at Our Yacht Rock Event Design from the 2025 Open House
Every year, our Epic Party Team Open House gives us a chance to reimagine event design in bold new ways, and this year’s theme was one for the books. A Look Back at Our Yacht Rock Event Design from the 2025 Open House captures the effortless cool and coastal luxury that made this setup unforgettable. This design brought a playful yet sophisticated nautical vibe to life with red, white, and blue hues, custom-branded rentals, and breezy décor details that transported guests straight to the deck of a seaside celebration.
The foundation of this design centered around our pergola with an open top, creating the perfect frame for the nautical-inspired space. To bring in both comfort and luxury, we featured a custom Montauk sofa configuration — one of our newest modular lounge designs — in rich sapphire and white fabric. This versatile seating created a relaxed but elevated lounge that perfectly captured the essence of coastal living.
Adding to the atmosphere, Bloom + Blueprint transformed the space with stunning nautical-inspired décor. From buoys and ropes to string lights and lush florals, their attention to detail brought the theme to life. The combination of texture and color gave the entire setup that breezy, seaside energy that defines the Yacht Rock aesthetic — sophisticated yet effortlessly cool.
No Epic Party Team design would be complete without a touch of custom branding, and this space was no exception. Our new Hunter communal table and Dexter double-tier columns were fully branded for the event, tying the entire theme together in a cohesive and creative way. These branded elements showcased how custom graphics and logos can elevate a themed event, turning furniture and décor into storytelling pieces that reflect the event’s vision.
The Hunter communal table provided the perfect place for guests to gather around. With its clean lines and modern design, it fit seamlessly into the nautical theme while offering ample space for conversation and display. The Dexter column, with their double-tiered structure, added visual height and depth, giving the setup a more immersive feel that mimicked the layered look of an upscale yacht deck.
What made this Yacht Rock space so memorable was the way it balanced playful coastal elements with timeless sophistication. The blue and white Montauk sofas brought a touch of maritime comfort, while the branded accents and tailored styling gave it a distinctly polished look. The combination of natural textures, bold colors, and creative branding created an environment that was both approachable and elevated — perfect for summer parties, corporate events, or seaside-inspired weddings.

Our Yacht Rock theme was more than just a design — it was an experience. As guests mingled under the pergola, surrounded by soft lighting and nautical décor, it was easy to imagine waves lapping nearby and the sound of classic yacht rock music floating through the air.
