Our annual Open House is one of our favorite events — a chance to connect with planners, venues, and clients while unveiling the newest pieces in our rental inventory. This year’s Open House at Events on Jackson in Phoenix was our biggest one yet, filled with bold color, creative design, and exciting announcements about what’s coming next for Epic Party Team. From brand-new collections to never-before-seen services, the event was a true preview of 2026 trends in the event rental world.
In addition to showcasing our latest furniture and décor, we were thrilled to reveal some major updates:
Custom Carpet & Tableware – Coming 2026
Next year, we’ll be expanding our offerings with custom carpet installations and a line of curated tableware. These options will give planners even more flexibility to design completely one-of-a-kind event spaces from the ground up.
Faux Plant Rentals
We’re also rolling out faux plant rentals — perfect for creating lush, green looks without the worry of wilting or weather. These versatile pieces are great for indoor and outdoor events alike.
Expanded Branding Options
Branding has always been one of our specialties, and now we’re making it even easier to customize bars, walls, and décor. With more finishes, textures, and applications available, planners can bring any vision to life with precision.
The first showcase space was all about color, energy, and personality. Here, we revealed our new Juno Line, a playful collection of sofas and loveseats available in a variety of bold colors, including white, black, dusty rose, sapphire, rust, emerald, caramel, and mocha velvet. The setup was paired with vibrant branding, highlighting how logos, graphics, and custom designs can completely transform a lounge area.
This space proved that corporate events don’t have to feel buttoned-up — with the right furniture and color palette, you can create an environment that’s engaging, fun, and totally on-trend.
Our second space was a little bit of everything, showing how versatile our inventory can be. From Western-inspired lounges to Amalfi Coast vibes, cozy camping themes, and festive holiday party looks, this room gave planners a taste of just how many directions they can take their events with the right rentals.
The goal was to inspire planners to think outside the box. Why stick to one theme when you can pull in influences from different styles to create something entirely new? This area became a favorite among guests because of its mix-and-match inspiration, sparking conversations about creativity and possibility.
The final space was dedicated entirely to weddings — and it was a showstopper. Centered around Pantone’s Color of the Year, Mocha Mousse, the setup showcased a rich, moody palette that felt perfect for wedding receptions and elevated celebrations.
Our serpentine table took center stage, creating a dramatic, flowing design that encouraged intimacy and visual interest. Paired with elegant chairs, florals, and thoughtful lighting, the result was a chic and modern take on what a wedding reception can look like.
This room proved that even classic wedding palettes can be reimagined with trending tones and unique furniture layouts, making it one of the most talked-about spaces of the night.
Hosting the Open House at Events on Jackson made everything possible. The venue’s spacious ballroom gave us the flexibility to design three completely different showcase areas under one roof. With its modern architecture, high ceilings, and downtown location, it’s one of the most versatile venues in Phoenix for both corporate and social events.
Our 2025 Open House was more than just a showcase — it was a glimpse into the future of events. With new inventory, fresh concepts, and exciting offerings on the horizon, Epic Party Team is ready to help planners design unforgettable experiences in the year ahead. From jewel-tone weddings to branded corporate parties, our team is here to bring your vision to life with rentals that are ahead of the trend.
We can’t wait to see how planners, venues, and clients use these new pieces and ideas in the coming months. If you missed the Open House this year, don’t worry — the best way to see everything is always in action at your next event.
