Bring the feel of the Southwest to your next event! Our amazing new Arcadia A Frame structures are super versatile and easy to use! These amazing structures can be used for a lounge, bar setup, or an amazing dining experience under the stars!
These structures are engineered and tested for safety. They are a beautiful timber look and come standard with a top for a beautiful look.
The standard setup starts with a 18ft Wide and 10ft deep structure and can be expanded up to 50 feet long! Imagine having an outdoor dining experience with 50 guests under this amazing structure!
Chandeliers up to 100lb can be hung from the middle of this structure. Bistro lighting is also an option.

Default setup is STAKED into GRASS. Additional charges will apply for setups on concrete, pavers, indoors, or any other surface besides GRASS.
These A Frames require 6 hours for setup.
Our A Frame Structure is a versatile and durable option for your event, providing both function and style. To ensure safety and stability, this structure must be securely anchored in one of two ways:
Ground Stakes – Steel stakes driven approximately 48" into the ground.
Concrete Blocks – Heavy concrete blocks weighing several hundred pounds.
Important Information About Anchoring
Anchoring is essential for safety, and depending on your event location, it may require one of the above methods. Please note:
Stakes can leave holes in grass, turf, soil, or other soft surfaces.
Concrete blocks may leave marks, compression, or scuffs on harder surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, or pavers.
These impacts are a normal part of installation, and Epic Party Team is not responsible for repairing or restoring any surface affected by anchoring.
