The vibe was theatrical and moody, with vintage influence woven into modern details. Think dramatic lighting, high-contrast patterns, regal seating, and just the right amount of over-the-top sparkle. It felt like a roaring ’20s soiree transported to a Nordic hall of legends — and yes, it absolutely worked.
Located in the heart of Phoenix, the Heard Museum offered the perfect backdrop for this sophisticated celebration. Known for its rich cultural exhibitions and stunning architecture, the museum’s indoor and outdoor event spaces allowed the party design to shine.

✨ Silver Frame Ave Bar with Red Glow
One of the first things guests noticed upon arrival was our Silver Frame Ave Bar, glowing in vibrant red. The bar acted as both a visual focal point with a large 70 sign sitting on it. Its clean, modern frame added structure while the glowing red acrylic brought the drama — tying perfectly into the red-and-black color palette.
🪑 Sonoma Dining Chairs
The Sonoma Dining Chair was chosen for its classic silhouette and luxurious feel. With sleek black frames and woven seats, they provided both comfort and elegance during the dinner portion of the event. These chairs balanced the theme’s vintage glamour with a refined, contemporary look.
♟ Black and White Checker Dance Floor
The party wouldn’t have been complete without a show-stopping dance floor — and our black and white checkerboard dance floor stole the show. It brought a classic Gatsby aesthetic to the center of the room and kept the energy high all night. The checker pattern added movement and visual texture, serving as a perfect stage for dancing, photos, and speeches.
🌟 Giant Glowing Tubes
For a bold, unexpected lighting element, we installed several giant glowing tubes throughout the venue. These oversized accents brought a playful, avant-garde vibe and filled the space with ambient lighting. Positioned near the dance floor they gave the entire event a futuristic twist while enhancing the Gatsby aesthetic.
