I Do Experience at El Chorro: Spring Wedding Expo Design Inspiration
The I Do Experience El Chorro continues to be one of the most anticipated wedding events of the year for Arizona planners, designers, and engaged couples alike. Hosted at the iconic El Chorro, this annual wedding expo is known for pushing creative boundaries and bringing together some of the most talented vendors in the industry.
This year’s event was no exception. From the moment guests arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully curated to create an immersive and inspiring experience. With a focus on bold florals, layered textures, and one of the season’s biggest trends, deep green tones, the event felt like a fresh take on spring wedding design.
We were honored to once again be part of such an incredible team, collaborating alongside the talented creatives at Revel Wedding Company and Mint Green Design to help bring this vision to life.
The ceremony space set the tone for the entire event, blending natural surroundings with elevated design elements. Our Colette Continental Benches were used for guest seating, offering a clean and modern alternative to traditional ceremony chairs.
The benches created a seamless and cohesive look, allowing the florals and overall environment to truly shine. Their low-profile design helped maintain an open, airy feel while still providing a structured and intentional layout.
Ceremony seating often gets overlooked, but it plays a major role in shaping the guest experience. In this case, the benches enhanced the visual flow of the space while complementing the organic, garden-inspired setting of El Chorro.
Paired with the surrounding floral installations, the ceremony felt intimate, stylish, and perfectly aligned with current wedding design trends.
Transitioning into the reception space, the design continued to build on the spring-inspired aesthetic with a beautifully styled dining setup.
Our Victoria Dining Chairs were used to complete the reception look, adding a refined and timeless touch to the tablescape. Their classic silhouette worked effortlessly alongside the bold florals and layered tabletop details, creating a balance between elegance and creativity.
Dining chairs are one of those elements that can either blend in or elevate the entire space and in this case, they did exactly the latter. The Victoria chairs added structure and sophistication while still allowing the vibrant design elements to take center stage.
For wedding planners and couples, this setup is a perfect example of how thoughtful seating choices can enhance the overall aesthetic without overpowering the design.
If there was one element that truly stole the show, it was the florals.
Designed by Mint Green Design, the floral installations were bold, colorful, and full of life. This wasn’t your typical soft pastel spring palette, instead, the arrangements featured vibrant tones layered with rich, deep greens that grounded the entire design.
Deep green has quickly become one of the most sought-after color trends in weddings this season. It offers a natural, organic feel while still providing enough depth to create contrast against brighter hues.
