These are lounge pieces, not dining chairs: lower and deeper in the seat, ordered by the grouping rather than one per guest. Plan one grouping per 20 to 25 guests, budget roughly 10ft by 10ft, and expect it to seat 6 to 8 with a sofa or loveseat, two accent chairs and a coffee table. How much do chair rentals cost in Phoenix?+
Chair rentals at Epic Party Team start at $14.00 per day. The final price depends on the chair style and the quantity, since specialty and accent pieces price differently than standard side chairs. Send your date, guest count, and venue for an exact quote.
How many chairs do I need for my event?+
Count your chairs off your tables rather than your guest list. A 60" round seats 8, a 72" round seats 10, a 6ft banquet seats 6 to 8, and an 8ft banquet seats 8 to 10. Then add seating that is not at a dining table, including ceremony rows, lounge groupings, head tables, and vendor seating.
What kinds of chairs do you rent?+
Our collection includes side chairs for dining and ceremony seating, club chairs and accent chairs for lounges, armchairs, cane chairs, loungers, barrel chairs, and specialty pieces such as a glowing LED swing and a bubble chair. Styles range from clean and neutral to textured boucle, leather, and cane.
What colors do your event chairs come in?+
We stock chairs in ivory, white, black, graphite, pewter, caramel, cinnamon, rust, crimson, berry, blush, dusty rose, moss, emerald, sapphire, champagne, and gold, plus metallic finishes. That range lets you build an event palette out of the furniture rather than relying on linens and florals alone to carry the color.
What is the difference between a side chair and a club chair?+
A side chair is built for upright seating at a dining table and tucks in cleanly so aisles stay clear. A club or accent chair is deeper, takes considerably more floor space, and is meant for lounge groupings where guests settle in rather than eat. Most events use both, in separate areas of the floorplan.
Can I use the same chairs for the ceremony and the reception?+
Yes, and many Phoenix weddings do. The chairs are set for the ceremony and then flipped to the reception layout during cocktail hour, which reduces the total chair count you rent. This works best when the ceremony and reception happen at the same venue with a break between them.

Do you set up the chairs, or do we?+
Our crews deliver, set up, and collect. Chairs are placed to your floorplan before guests arrive rather than stacked for your team to handle. Share your layout or coordinate with your planner and we will set to it.
Can your chairs be used outdoors?+
Yes, and outdoor events make up a large share of our work during peak Phoenix event season from October through April. Surface matters: grass, decomposed granite, and sand behave differently under chair legs than a ballroom floor. Tell us the venue and surface when you book so we can recommend accordingly.
How far in advance should I reserve chairs?+
Book as soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Peak Phoenix event season runs October through April, and large chair counts in a single style are the first thing to run short on popular Saturdays. If a specific chair matters to your design, reserve it early rather than assuming quantity will be there.
