PHOENIX DANCE FLOOR RENTALS

Dance Floor Rentals in Phoenix, Arizona

Epic Party Team rents dance floors in Phoenix for weddings, galas, corporate parties and private events. We stock nine finishes: classic black-and-white checker, Pasadena oak in natural, black-checker and white-checker, solid black, solid white, a glowing LED floor, and two 20ft x 20ft light-up options — the Infinity Glow and the Pixel LED. Floors are built in sections, so the footprint scales to your guest count rather than a fixed size. Plan roughly 4 to 5 square feet per dancing guest and expect a third to a half of your guest list on the floor at once. Tell us your venue surface — ballroom carpet, patio, turf or grass — and our crew handles delivery, layout and installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Details to help plan your dance floors quote

What size dance floor do I need for my guest count?+
Plan 4 to 5 square feet per dancing guest, and assume a third to a half of your guest list is dancing at any one time. For 100 guests that's roughly a 12ft x 15ft floor; for 200 guests, closer to 18ft x 20ft. Tell us your headcount and we'll size it.
What dance floor finishes do you rent?+
Black-and-white checker, Pasadena oak in natural plus black-checker and white-checker versions, solid black, solid white, a glowing LED floor, and two 20ft x 20ft light-up floors — the Infinity Glow and the Pixel LED.
Can a dance floor be installed outdoors on grass?+
Yes, and it happens constantly in Phoenix on lawns, turf and pool decks. Grass and decomposed granite need leveling before the floor goes down, so tell us the surface and the slope when you book so we bring the right setup for your site. LED floors cannot be setup on grass.
What is the difference between the LED and Pixel dance floors?+
The Glowing LED and Infinity Glow floors light the surface in set patterns and colors for ambience. The Pixel LED floor is a programmable display — it can run custom graphics, monograms and motion across the floor, which is why it's the pick for brand activations and big reveals.
Do you deliver and install the dance floor?+
Yes. Our crew delivers, lays out and installs the floor, then returns to break it down and collect it. Floors are built in sections on site — you don't need your venue or planner to assemble anything.
How much room do I need around the dance floor?+
Leave clear walking space on at least two sides so guests aren't squeezing between chair backs and the floor edge. Keep the DJ or band on one edge and the bar within sight of it — a floor tucked in a corner away from the bar stays empty.
Do you deliver dance floors to Scottsdale and the rest of the valley?+
Yes. We deliver throughout the Phoenix metro from our warehouse in north Phoenix, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Glendale, Peoria and Goodyear. Delivery is quoted with your order based on address, access and install timing.
Can the dance floor be set up the day before the event?+
Often yes, if your venue has the room available and allows an early load-in. Early install is worth asking about for large floors and LED floors, which need more setup time. Confirm your venue's access window when you request the quote.
How far in advance should I reserve a dance floor?+
As soon as your date and venue are locked. Peak Phoenix event season runs October through April, and the LED and Pixel floors are single-unit inventory — once a Saturday is booked, it's gone.
How much does it cost to rent a dance floor in Phoenix?+
Pricing depends on the finish, the square footage and your install window. LED and pixel floors price higher than standard wood or checker floors because of the setup and power requirements. Send your date, venue and guest count through our quote form and we'll size and price it.
