Frequently Asked Questions

Details to help plan your outdoor collection quote

How do I get a quote for Outdoor Collection rentals?+
Use the quote cart to add the items you are interested in, then submit your event details at checkout. Epic Party Team will review availability, delivery, setup needs, and pricing before following up with a quote.
Do Outdoor Collection rentals include delivery and setup?+
Delivery, setup, pickup, and breakdown are coordinated based on your event location, rental items, venue access, and timing. The final quote will include the service details for your order.
Can Epic Party Team help choose the right Outdoor Collection items?+
Yes. Share your event type, guest count, venue, style direction, and timeline, and the Epic Party Team can recommend rental combinations that fit the event plan.
How far in advance should I request rentals?+
Submit your quote as early as possible, especially for peak dates, large orders, custom branding, and venue-specific setups. Earlier requests give the team more room to confirm the best options.
