7th Annual Epic Open House

Our Epic Party Team Open House was more than a celebration of new inventory and beautiful event design. It was a celebration of how far we've come.

In 2008, Epic Party Team started in Nate and Brooke's garage with a small collection of bounce houses and a big idea: create memorable experiences for our community. What began as a much smaller operation has grown into something we could only have dreamed about back then—a 60,000-square-foot warehouse and design center built to support the incredible events we get to be a part of every day.

And this year, for the first time, we got to bring our Open House into our actual home.

To say it felt surreal would be an understatement.

Looking around the warehouse during the Open House, it was hard not to think about where this all started.

The garage where Epic Party Team began was a very different space from the one we welcomed guests into this year. Our inventory has expanded far beyond bounce houses, and so has our vision for what an event rental company can be.

Today, we offer everything from lounge furniture and dining tables to bars, dance floors, arcades, structures, décor, branding, staging, and more. Our new warehouse and design center gives us the space to house that growing inventory while giving our clients a place to experience our products in a completely different way.

Getting to open those doors and invite our industry friends, clients, planners, and vendor partners inside made this year's celebration especially meaningful.

It wasn't just an Open House.

It was a chance to show everyone where we've been, where we are, and where we're headed next.

For this year's event, we transformed the space with a Western chic aesthetic that felt perfectly at home in Arizona.

Guests fully embraced the theme, showing up in their best Western-inspired looks and making the evening feel like a celebration from the moment they arrived. From cowboy hats and boots to elevated Western fashion, everyone understood the assignment—and looked incredible doing it.

The décor followed suit, balancing Western-inspired details with the elevated event design Epic Party Team is known for.

Rather than creating a traditional Western event, the goal was to give the theme a sophisticated, modern twist. Warm tones, unique furniture configurations, statement pieces, and unexpected experiences made the evening feel polished while still being playful.

One of our favorite things about the Open House is that it gives us an opportunity to show what our inventory can do when it's brought together creatively.

Throughout the event, guests could experience completely different environments, each with its own personality.

There was a Western speakeasy, creating a moody and unexpected place to grab a drink and take in the atmosphere. Our arcade games brought out everyone's competitive side and reminded us that events should be fun at every age. And then there was A Touch of Greece, bringing a completely different aesthetic and energy into the experience.

Each space demonstrated something different about what is possible when you combine thoughtful event design with the right rentals.

And that's really what we love about what we do.

Our products are the building blocks. The creativity comes from seeing how those pieces can be combined to create an experience that feels completely unique.

Of course, an event like this doesn't happen because of one company.

One of the most special parts of this year's Open House was the incredible group of vendors and creative partners who helped bring everything to life. These are the people we work alongside throughout the year—the planners, florists, caterers, entertainers, designers, production teams, photographers, and countless other creative professionals who make Arizona's event industry so special.

We couldn't have asked for a better group of partners to celebrate with.

Their creativity, talent, and willingness to collaborate made each area of the Open House feel different and exciting while still coming together as one cohesive experience.

Live music filled the space throughout the evening, adding the energy that makes a great event feel alive.

Between the music, the themed environments, the food and drinks, the arcade games, and guests moving throughout the warehouse and design center, there was never a shortage of something to experience.

And perhaps that's what made the night so special.

It wasn't just about looking at rental furniture.

It was about experiencing what those rentals can become when they're part of a thoughtfully designed event.
