What shapes of event bars do you rent?+
Straight 4ft and 6ft bars, circle bars that serve from every side, arc bars that curve around a corner or a stage, full and half oval bars, U-shape bars with three serving faces, and modular systems built from straight sections and curves. We also stock mini bars and rolling bar carts for small spaces.
Can I rent a single bar for a backyard or home party?+
Yes. There is no package requirement on a bar. A mini bar or a rolling bar cart is the most common choice for a home event, and a 6ft straight bar works if you have the floor space. Most backyard setups come down to one bar, two or three barstools, and a cocktail table.
What is the difference between a circle bar and an arc bar?+
A circle bar is a closed ring that sits in open floor and serves guests from every direction, which is why it ends up in the middle of a ballroom or a courtyard. An arc bar is a curved section that serves from one side, so it backs against a wall, wraps a corner, or curves around a stage or DJ booth.
How long can a modular bar be built?+
The Avenue system is built from 4ft and 6ft straight sections, quarter curves, eighth curves and rounded corners, so the length is set by your floor plan rather than by a fixed product size. Send us the room dimensions and we will lay out the sections and confirm availability for your date.
Do your bars come with a back bar or shelving?+
No — back bars and shelving are separate rentals. Bartenders working without one are reaching into coolers on the floor all night, so most full-service setups add a back bar plus a corner piece or an extension table for prep space out of sight of guests.
How tall are your bars?+
Standard bar height, 42 inches at the serving surface. That pairs with barstools in the 29 to 30 inch seat height range. Bar carts and a few accent pieces sit lower, closer to counter height.
Can your bars be used outdoors in Phoenix?+
Yes, and most of ours end up outside at some point: backyards, pool decks and resort lawns. Tell us the surface when you book, since grass and decomposed granite need a level spot. For daytime events in summer we usually point people toward the white and natural wood finishes rather than dark ones.
Do you have bars that light up?+
Yes. The Avenue sections come in an illuminated version that lights from within, framed in gold, flat gold or silver, and they build to any length the same way the unlit ones do. Those sit in the glow bars collection. Several of our standard bars also take uplighting well, particularly the mirrored and glass-front models.
Which bars fit in a small space?+
The Hayden mini bar is the smallest full bar we stock. Below that, the Leona bar cart in white or black and the champagne bar cart roll on casters and fit through a standard doorway, so they work in suites, offices, patios and entryways where a 6ft bar will not fit.
What colors and finishes are available?+
White, black, natural and ash wood, copper, black mirror, moss, rust, hunter green and teal tufted, plus three Brooks bars that arrive with greenery already on the front and sides. If you are matching a brand color or a wedding palette, send us the color and we will send photos of the closest options in stock.
